What the box actually contains

Right ear moderate, left ear a bit worse, high frequency both sides, which the check confirmed and my doctor had already told me. In the house they are very good. On the phone they are very good, which surprised me most, because I hold the handset the same as always and there is nothing to connect. In the car, good. In a cafe with hard surfaces, useful but I still watch faces. In a function room with a hundred people, they help and that is all I would claim. If your loss is severe I would talk to somebody first rather than ordering off an advert, which is what the one star reviews on here mostly seem to be about.
