I have never been able to tolerate anything in my ear. Earplugs, earphones, the lot. I gave it eleven days because I wanted it to work and by the end of it I was taking them out at lunchtime every day. That is me, not the product. The return was straightforward and the refund was in my account in under a week, which is why it is two stars and not one.

Home is better, the phone is better, and I am glad about both. Anywhere with background noise and I am straight back to watching mouths and guessing.
