What the box actually contains

On the phone they are very good, which surprised me most, because I hold the handset the same as always and there is nothing to connect. In the car, good. In a cafe with hard surfaces, useful but I still watch faces. In a function room with a hundred people, they help and that is all I would claim. If your loss is severe I would talk to somebody first rather than ordering off an advert, which is what the one star reviews on here mostly seem to be about.
