They're genuinely tiny, much smaller than the photos make out. Dropped one on a patterned rug and it took me twenty minutes. So use the case. But that's also why I bought them, Mum had a big beige thing that whistled at the dinner table for years and I didn't want that. Nobody can see these.

My old pair went through a battery every four or five days. Over a year that adds up and I could never get the little packet open anyway. These go in the case overnight. That alone would've been enough for me.
