I bought these after a quote that would have taken most of my savings. They are very good value and I want to be clear that I am pleased. What they do not do, and what I do not think anything under a few thousand does, is separate one voice from eighty in a hall. My wife's family are loud and Christmas was still hard work. Everywhere else in my life, which is most of it, they have made a real difference. If you are buying for one noisy event you may be disappointed. If you are buying to hear your family, the television and the telephone, I would order them.

I bought them in the autumn of last year. Through a cold winter with a hat on most days, a wet spring, and now a hot summer. Same sound, same battery life, same comfort. The case has picked up a few scratches. That is the only difference I can point to.
