I had a question in the first week about whether you can overcharge them by leaving them in the case. Rang the number expecting the usual hold music and a script. A woman answered in under a minute, knew the answer, no you can't, just leave them in. That was it. Rare enough these days to be worth mentioning.

I have gone back and forth on this review for a month. The facts: television better, telephone somewhat better, one to one conversation better in a quiet room. Group conversation no better at all, and outdoors on a windy day worse than nothing because of the rush of noise. My loss is on the moderate to severe line and I suspect that is the explanation, and the doctor said as much when I saw him afterwards, which I should have done before ordering rather than after. Three stars because they have genuinely helped in the house and I am keeping them, but somebody in my position should know what they are getting and not read only the five stars.
