The main thing for me was not wanting the big beige yoke behind the ear. My brother has those and you'd see them from the far side of the room. These sit down in the ear and my hair is short so I was expecting someone to say something. Four months and not a word. Sound is good, better in a quiet room than a noisy one obviously, but I can hear the caller now which I couldn't before. Charging is easy, they go in the case beside the kettle.

Ordered Sunday, arrived Wednesday morning, and Im NOT in Dublin, The box doesnt say hearing aids anywhere on the outside which I was glad about. Inside you get the pair in the charging case, a lead, three sizes of spare tips, a little brush for cleaning them and a card with the instructions in print you can actually read.
