Some background. We bought dad a pair on the high street two years ago and they lived in a drawer because he said they whistled and he could not work the batteries. These he has worn every day since March. He manages the case himself, he cleans them himself, and he has not asked us for help once. I do not entirely understand why these were acceptable when the expensive pair was not, and I am not going to ask in case he changes his mind.

I thought they would be visible. Nobody has noticed in five months and I have short hair. I thought there would be batteries, and there are none, the case does it overnight. I thought I would need my grandson to set them up, and it was ten minutes on my own phone. I thought they would hurt after a few hours, and I wear them fourteen. I thought the sound would be tinny like the amplifier I bought off the television years ago, and it is not, it is clear rather than just louder. The one thing I got right is that a loud room is still a loud room. They help there. They do not fix it, and nothing at any price fixed it for me before either.
