You're right, the spare tips should be labelled. We're changing the packaging. In the meantime the three sizes go smallest at the bottom of the bag to largest at the top.

Four stars instead of five only because of the break-in period, which I don't think gets said loudly enough. Day one and two everything is bright and clattery. Around day six my brain sorted itself out and since then they've been excellent, I wear them from breakfast to bed. Just don't expect to put them in and be thrilled right away.

Cant tell how much charge is left in the case. You just have to guess or plug it in every few days. Everything else is good.

Fair point on the charge indicator — the case gives you a full charge from empty in about two hours, so most people just leave it plugged in overnight, but you shouldn't have to work that out yourself. It's on the list for the next revision.

At home, in the car, on the phone, in a normal coffee shop they're excellent and I'd happily give five stars. In a hall with a hundred people and a band I still struggle. I suspect that's true of any hearing aid and probably of anybody's ears, but I'd rather say it than have somebody buy expecting different.
