I have had these since the spring and I am pleased with them, but the five star reviews on here are a bit much and I would rather somebody read a balanced one. The good: comfort is excellent, I forget they are in, the sound is clear rather than just loud, the phone is transformed, and the price is a fraction of what I was quoted. The bad: the charge lights on the case are too dim to read in daylight, the low battery warning in the ear is too quiet to hear which is a strange thing to get wrong, the instructions stop just when you want to know about cleaning, and in a properly loud room they do not do much. Four stars, and I would buy them again knowing all of that.

If you are expecting what the audiologist sells for thousands, you will be disappointed and that is on you, not on them. What you get is a genuine improvement in most situations and no improvement at all in a loud hall. For the money that is more than fair. I have taken a star off for the instructions, which assume you already know what a dome is.
