The sound is genuinely good and the comfort is better than anything I have worn. Two complaints. The charge lights on the case are hard to see in daylight, so you end up guessing. And the low battery warning in the ear is far too quiet, which is a strange thing to get wrong on a hearing aid. Four stars, and I would still buy them again.

I have no argument with the sound or the comfort. My complaint is the beeping when the battery is low. It is too quiet to hear, which is a strange thing to get wrong in a device for people who cannot hear well, and I have been caught out twice.
