You're right, the spare tips should be labelled. We're changing the packaging. In the meantime the three sizes go smallest at the bottom of the bag to largest at the top.

Four stars rather than five only because of the settling in period, which I don't think is made enough of. Day one and two everything is bright and clattery. By about day six my brain had sorted itself out and since then they've been excellent, I wear them from breakfast until bed. Just don't expect to put them in and be delighted straight away.

Cant tell how much charge is left in the case. You just have to guess or plug it in every few days. Everything else is good.

Fair point on the charge indicator — the case gives you a full charge from empty in about two hours, so most people just leave it plugged in overnight, but you shouldn't have to work that out yourself. It's on the list for the next revision.

In the house, in the car, on the phone, in a normal cafe they're excellent and I'd happily give five stars. In a function room with a hundred people and a band I still struggle. I suspect that's true of any hearing aid and possibly of anyone's ears, but I'd rather say it than have someone buy them expecting different.
