I've arthritis in both hands and the reason I never got hearing aids before is those tiny batteries. My mother had them and I remember her on the floor looking for one that had rolled off. These have none at all, they sit in a little case and the case plugs in like a phone. In at night, ready in the morning. I haven't touched a battery since March. Took me about a week to get them in properly, I won't pretend day one was easy. I can do it without the mirror now.

My wife pointed it out on the way back to the hotel. I had not consciously noticed I was doing better, which I think is the highest thing you can say about them.

My mother wears these and she refuses everything

You'd have to know my mother. Shes 84 and shes turned down a walking stick, a grab rail, a stairlift and two previous sets of hearing aids. She has worn these every day since Christmas. I dont fully understand why these ones were acceptable when nothing else has been and Im not asking in case it puts ideas in her head. She says she cant feel them.
