Do the hearing check in a quiet room, not with the television on like I did the first time. Try all three tip sizes before you decide anything is wrong. Give it four days before you judge the sound. Charge the case at the same time as your phone so it becomes one habit instead of two. That is everything I have learned and it took me about a week to learn it.

In the house, in the car, on the phone, in a normal cafe, they are excellent and I would happily give five stars. In a function room with a hundred people and a band on I still struggle. I suspect that is true of any hearing aid and possibly of anyone's ears, but I would rather say it than have someone buy them expecting different.
