You're right, the spare tips should be labelled. We're changing the packaging. In the meantime the three sizes go smallest at the bottom of the bag to largest at the top.

Four stars not five only because of the settling in, which I don't reckon gets said loudly enough. Day one and two everything is bright and clattery. About day six my brain sorted itself out and since then they've been excellent, I wear them breakfast to bed. Just don't expect to put them in and be thrilled straight away.

No light on the case

Cant tell how much charge is left in the case. You just have to guess or plug it in every few days. Everything else is good.

Fair point on the charge indicator — the case gives you a full charge from empty in about two hours, so most people just leave it plugged in overnight, but you shouldn't have to work that out yourself. It's on the list for the next revision.
Very good, except in the worst rooms

At home, in the car, on the phone, in a normal cafe, they're excellent and I'd give five stars. In a function room with a hundred people and a band I still struggle. I reckon that's true of any hearing aid and probably of anyone's ears, but I'd rather say it than have someone buy expecting different.
