I am writing this partly as a warning against giving up early. Days one to three, everything was sharp and my own voice sounded like it was in a bucket, which I now know is normal and passes. Day four to nine, a whistle every time I put my glasses on, which I was sure meant a fault. It was the tip size. Day ten to sixteen, better, but I was still aware of them all the time. Somewhere in week three it stopped being a thing I thought about. If I had sent them back at day nine, which I very nearly did, I would have posted an angry two star review and I would have been wrong. Four stars rather than five only because none of that was explained anywhere in the box.

I want to be honest because I nearly returned them twice. Week one everything was sharp and my own voice sounded like a bucket. Week two the whistle, which turned out to be the wrong tips. Week three it all settled and I have not thought about them since. If I had sent them back on day nine I would have written a very different review.
